The conduct standards that apply to buyers, sellers, affiliates, partners, and other users of Wiroko.
Wiroko is built on trust. Because the platform connects buyers, sellers, service providers, affiliates, logistics participants, and support teams across multiple markets, we need clear rules about what users may and may not do on the marketplace.
This policy sets the baseline conduct rules for all users of Wiroko. It applies together with the Terms of Service, Seller Agreement, privacy and payments policies, category rules, campaign terms, and any service-specific or country-specific addenda. If mandatory law gives users additional rights, that law controls to the extent required.
This policy applies to all users of Wiroko, including account holders, guests, buyers, sellers, service providers, affiliates, agents, team members, marketplace partners, and anyone who accesses Wiroko websites, apps, APIs, dashboards, messaging tools, logistics workflows, referral tools, or related services.
Different users may also be subject to additional obligations based on their role. For example, sellers remain subject to the Seller Agreement, and affiliates remain subject to affiliate-specific rules, disclosures, and campaign terms.
You may use Wiroko only in compliance with applicable law, regulation, sanctions restrictions, consumer-protection requirements, intellectual-property rules, and platform policies.
Reviews and ratings on Wiroko must reflect honest, real experiences. Wiroko does not allow fake reviews, compensated reviews that are not properly disclosed, review suppression, or manipulation of the feedback system.
Affiliates, influencers, promoters, and referral participants must market Wiroko honestly and must disclose material connections where required by law or program rules.
If Wiroko requests information, records, or clarification in connection with a safety issue, complaint, verification review, rights claim, or policy investigation, you must cooperate reasonably and in good faith.
Wiroko may take action where we reasonably believe this policy, another marketplace policy, or applicable law has been violated. Enforcement may vary based on severity, repetition, user role, legal risk, operational harm, and trust impact.
Users can report marketplace misuse, abusive conduct, or policy concerns through Wiroko support at support@wiroko.com. Sellers may also contact vendors@wiroko.com for seller-side enforcement questions. Formal legal notices may be sent to legal@wiroko.com.
If a specific category, campaign, or service program provides a more specific reporting workflow, use that workflow first.
