Affiliate Program Terms

1. Acceptance and Scope

By applying to, joining, accessing, or participating in the Wiroko affiliate program, you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms and the policies they incorporate by reference.

These Terms apply to all affiliate links, tracking codes, promotional campaigns, content placements, referral methods, and earnings activities connected to the program, whether on websites, social media, messaging apps, newsletters, diffusions en direct, paid media, or other approved channels.

2. Application, Approval, and Eligibility

• Participation is not automatic. Wiroko may approve, reject, conditionally approve, or later re-review any affiliate application.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete identity, business, contact, payout, tax, and promotional information when requested.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must satisfy any minimum age or legal-capacity requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.
• Wiroko may request additional verification, audience information, traffic-source information, social profile evidence, or business documents before granting or continuing participation.

3. Independent Relationship

Affiliates are independent marketing participants and are not employees, agents, franchisees, brokers, joint venturers, or legal representatives of Wiroko or of marketplace sellers unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

• You may not present yourself as Wiroko staff, customer support, procurement staff, a legal representative, or an authorized spokesperson unless Wiroko has expressly authorized that role in writing.
• You have no authority to bind Wiroko, negotiate on Wiroko's behalf, modify Wiroko policies, promise refunds, guarantee delivery dates, or make contractual commitments for sellers or for Wiroko.

4. Program Materials, Rates, and Campaign Rules

Commission rates, tiers, campaign bonuses, qualifying-event rules, cookie or attribution settings, approved promotional materials, and payout timing may be described in dashboards, onboarding materials, approved campaign notices, or other program-facing materials. Those live program materials may change from time to time.

Unless Wiroko expressly guarantees a specific rate or structure in writing, displayed rates and opportunities remain subject to product availability, seller participation, campaign limits, market conditions, fraud review, technical attribution, and program updates.

5. Disclosures, Transparency, and Truthful Promotion

Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising, endorsement, disclosure, privacy, and messaging laws, including rules that require clear disclosure of material connections between the affiliate and the promoted brand or offer.

• If you may receive a commission, reward, gift, discount, or any other benefit from promoting Wiroko or a marketplace offer, you must disclose that relationship clearly and conspicuously where required by law and platform rules.
• Disclosures must be placed close enough to the endorsement or link that ordinary users are likely to notice and understand them.
• You may not describe affiliate links in misleading shorthand that hides the fact that you are compensated.
• Your endorsements must reflect honest opinions and must not claim personal experience with a product or service you have not genuinely used, observed, or otherwise truthfully evaluated.

6. Permitted Promotional Conduct

• You may promote Wiroko through licites and policy-compliant content such as articles, reviews, newsletters, social posts, creator content, educational materials, direct recommendations, and approved paid placements.
• You must accurately describe Wiroko, the promoted product or service, price conditions, discount conditions, seller identity where relevant, and any material limitations that would affect consumer understanding.
• You may use only approved or licitesly obtained creative assets, trademarks, and marketing materials and must follow any brand or campaign rules Wiroko provides.

7. Prohibited Affiliate Conduct

• Fake clicks, fake traffic, bots, click farms, browser manipulation, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, hidden iframes, malware, spyware, adware, or other deceptive tracking behavior.
• Self-referrals, household referrals, employee referrals, sham purchases, circular purchases, or transactions intended mainly to generate commissions rather than real marketplace demand.
• False scarcity claims, fake discounts, misleading coupon claims, unauthorized discount codes, or claims that a promotion exists when it does not.
• Spam, deceptive direct messaging, unsolicited bulk outreach that violates law, fake social engagement, impersonation, review abuse, or misleading testimonials.
• Use of domain names, social handles, ad copy, or pages d’atterrissage that falsely imply you are Wiroko itself or an official Wiroko support, paiement, vendor, or security channel.
• Bidding on, purchasing, or using trademarked search terms, typos, or brand confusion tactics in ways Wiroko prohibits through program rules or campaign restrictions.

8. Tracking, Attribution, and Link Integrity

Affiliate credit depends on Wiroko's tracking records, attribution rules, link integrity, campaign settings, and order validity. Not every click, visit, or claimed referral will result in an attributed commission event.

Attribution may be affected by device changes, browser settings, privacy tools, ad blockers, deleted cookies, order edits, cross-channel marketing, duplicate referral sources, manual code removal, or other technical and operational factors.

• You may not tamper with tracking parameters, interfere with another affiliate's attribution, or manipulate the order path to hijack referral credit.
• Wiroko may determine the authoritative transaction and attribution record for program purposes using its internal systems and partner-provider data.
• If attribution cannot be reliably verified, Wiroko may deny or withhold the related commission credit.

9. Qualifying Transactions and Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned only on qualifying transactions under the program rules in effect at the time of the credited event. A transaction may fail to qualify or may later become ineligible if it is cancelled, refunded, reversed, duplicated, fraudulent, non-attributable, or otherwise disqualified.

• Wiroko may exclude taxes, shipping, payment fees, discounts, credits, duties, refunds, reversals, seller adjustments, or other non-commissionable amounts when calculating eligible commission value.
• Some categories, sellers, campaigns, geographies, payment methods, or service types may have different qualification rules or may be excluded entirely.
• Pending commissions do not mean that the amount has vested, become payable, or is free from later review or reversal.

10. Reversals, Clawbacks, Holds, and Offsets

• Wiroko may cancel, reverse, reduce, claw back, or offset commissions where an order is refunded, charged back, reversed, cancelled, fraudulent, non-compliant, self-referred, or otherwise invalid under program rules.
• Wiroko may place commissions or payouts on hold while a return window, fraud review, payment dispute, seller review, or legal or compliance review remains open.
• If an affiliate balance becomes negative after reversals or adjustments, Wiroko may recover the shortfall from future commissions or other lawful means.

11. Payouts, Vérification, and Taxes

Affiliate payouts are conditional. To receive payouts, you may need to complete account verification, payout setup, tax onboarding, minimum threshold requirements, and any market-specific compliance steps Wiroko or its providers require.

• Supported payout methods, currencies, timing, and thresholds may vary by country, provider availability, risk profile, and account configuration.
• Wiroko may delay or refuse payout where there is incomplete verification, suspected fraud, sanctions risk, tax withholding requirements, disputes, negative balances, invalid payout details, or other marketplace risk.
• You are responsible for your own tax reporting, filings, and payment obligations unless applicable law requires Wiroko or its providers to collect, report, withhold, or remit amounts differently.

12. Email, Messaging, and Audience Contact Rules

If you use email, SMS, messaging apps, or similar channels to promote Wiroko, you must comply with applicable law, recipient-consent rules, opt-out obligations, truth-in-advertising rules, and anti-spam requirements.

• Do not use false sender identity, deceptive subject lines, hidden commercial intent, or messaging practices that deny recipients a licites opt-out where such rights apply.
• If you hire another person or company to promote on your behalf, you remain responsible for ensuring that their conduct complies with these Terms and applicable law.

13. Brand Use, Creative Assets, and Intellectual Property

• Wiroko may grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved program assets solely for compliant affiliate promotion during your participation in the program.
• You may not alter Wiroko branding in a misleading way, register confusingly similar domains or handles, or combine Wiroko marks with illegal, offensive, deceptive, or competitor-confusing content.
• All goodwill arising from authorized use of Wiroko marks belongs to Wiroko.
• Wiroko may revoke brand-use permission at any time, including immediately upon suspension or termination.

14. Monitoring, Audits, and Enforcement

Wiroko may monitor affiliate traffic, clicks, conversions, disclosure practices, content, messaging behavior, campaign methods, payout patterns, and related compliance signals to protect users and the marketplace.

• Wiroko may request screenshots, URLs, traffic-source information, campaign records, audience evidence, consent records, ad copies, or other materials reasonably needed to review compliance.
• Possible enforcement actions include warning notices, link deactivation, commission reversal, payout holds, campaign removal, feature restriction, account suspension, account termination, and legal escalation.
• Wiroko is not required to provide advance notice before acting where immediate action is reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, or marketplace protection.

15. Suspension, Termination, and Survival

• You may stop participating in the program at any time by ceasing use of affiliate tools and following any account-closure workflow that applies.
• Wiroko may suspend or terminate affiliate participation for inactivity, non-compliance, fraud risk, deceptive advertising, disclosure failures, abusive traffic, legal risk, sanctions concerns, or other conduct that threatens users or the marketplace.
• Termination does not require Wiroko to pay amounts that remain subject to review, reserve, reversal, tax, dispute, or other unresolved obligations.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment, tax, audit, intellectual-property, limitation, dispute, notice, and enforcement provisions.

16. Program Changes, Governing Law, and Contact

Wiroko may update these Affiliate Program Terms from time to time to reflect marketplace, product, legal, operational, or risk changes. Where required, Wiroko will provide additional notice of material changes.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms are governed according to the governing-law and dispute framework in Wiroko's Terms of Service and related program documents.
