This Legal Notice identifies the operator of Wiroko websites, applications, marketplace services, seller tools, and related digital experiences (collectively, the "Services"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Seller Agreement, and any market-specific addenda or checkout disclosures.
Wiroko operates a multi-vendor marketplace with cross-border activity. Depending on the product category, seller model, payment flow, fulfillment structure, and local law, additional seller, tax, customs, or country-specific disclosures may appear in listings, seller profiles, checkout flows, invoices, contracts, or local notices.
Wiroko Technologies LLC is the publisher and primary operator of the Services.
Use the following channels depending on the nature of your request.
Wiroko Technologies LLC is the default buyer-side contracting entity for the platform unless a different Wiroko entity or local party is expressly identified in the relevant transaction flow, invoice, contract, or local addendum.
Wiroko operates a multi-vendor marketplace. Independent sellers generally contract directly with buyers for products sold through the platform. Wiroko provides marketplace infrastructure, payment facilitation, logistics coordination, customer support, and related services. Where products or services are sold directly by Wiroko, Wiroko Technologies LLC will be identified as the seller or merchant of record.
Wiroko currently supports marketplace activity in categories including furniture, home decor, home improvement, construction materials, home services, professional services, logistics and delivery services under WiroMove, on-demand services under WiroTask, and digital services or software solutions.
The sale of illegal, counterfeit, dangerous, prohibited, or regulated products is prohibited unless expressly authorized under applicable law and Wiroko platform policies.

Intellectual property complaints, infringement notices, or counterfeit reports should be sent to ip@wiroko.com. To help us act efficiently, include your identity, the affected work or right, the relevant listing or URL, supporting evidence, and the action requested.
Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, the platform and related agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
If a local consumer, privacy, e-commerce, tax, or marketplace law gives users mandatory rights or requires different disclosures, those mandatory rules apply to the extent required by law.
This Legal Notice may be updated from time to time to reflect legal, operational, market, or corporate-structure changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the last-updated date and, where required, by providing additional notice.
English and French versions may be provided for convenience. If a mandatory local disclosure or country-specific addendum applies to a transaction, that document governs to the extent required by law.
