The product, service, software, and regulated-category rules that govern what may and may not be offered on Wiroko.
Wiroko is a curated marketplace for furniture, home decor, home improvement, construction materials, home services, professional services, logistics coordination, on-demand services, and selected digital solutions. Not every product or service is suitable for this marketplace, and some categories are illegal, unsafe, highly regulated, or incompatible with our trust and safety standards.
This policy explains what is prohibited outright, what may be restricted or require advance approval, and what sellers remain responsible for even when a listing is allowed to appear on the platform. It applies together with the Terms of Service, Seller Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and any country-specific, category-specific, or service-specific addenda. If applicable law imposes stricter rules, that law controls.
This policy applies to physical goods, made-to-order products, construction materials, home and professional services, logistics offerings, digital products, software, subscriptions, and any other offer type Wiroko makes available.
The examples below are illustrative, not exhaustive. Wiroko may restrict or prohibit additional categories where we identify legal, safety, fraud, reputational, or operational risk.
The following categories are generally prohibited on Wiroko and may not be listed, marketed, fulfilled, or facilitated through the platform unless Wiroko expressly creates a separate authorized program in writing:
Some categories may be restricted rather than absolutely prohibited. A seller may list them only if Wiroko has expressly approved the seller, the product category, and the relevant markets, and only if all required documents, warnings, licenses, transport conditions, and disclosures are in place.
Even where a category is allowed, sellers remain responsible for product safety and authenticity. You must not list a product if you know, or reasonably should know, that it is unsafe, defective, counterfeit, materially noncompliant, or subject to recall, withdrawal, or corrective action.
Some products may be lawful to own or sell locally but still prohibited for cross-border sale, import, export, air transport, or last-mile handling. Wiroko may prohibit a listing if the product creates customs, dangerous-goods, licensing, sanctions, or delivery-chain risk.
Wiroko is not obligated to host every lawful product. We may refuse or remove products or services that are outside the marketplace’s strategic categories, inconsistent with a premium home and services marketplace, likely to confuse customers, difficult to support operationally, or likely to create disproportionate abuse or reputational risk.
Wiroko review, approval, moderation, or silence does not transfer responsibility for legality or safety from the seller to Wiroko. Sellers remain solely responsible for the goods and services they list, the claims they make, and the jurisdictions they choose to serve.
Questions about whether a product or service is restricted should be sent to vendors@wiroko.com before listing. Buyers or users who identify a dangerous, illegal, counterfeit, or suspect listing should contact support@wiroko.com. Intellectual-property complaints may be sent to ip@wiroko.com. Formal legal notices may be sent to legal@wiroko.com.
