How Wiroko handles marketplace feedback, photos, comments, testimonials, and other user-submitted content.
Wiroko depends on credible feedback. Reviews, ratings, photos, answers, and other user-generated content help buyers make decisions, help sellers improve, and help Wiroko detect trust and quality issues across the marketplace.
This policy explains the baseline rules that apply to marketplace feedback and related user-generated content on Wiroko. It applies together with the Terms of Service, Seller Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, category rules, campaign terms, and any local-law requirements. If mandatory law gives users stronger rights, that law controls to the extent required.
This policy applies to reviews, star ratings, comments, testimonials, questions, answers, photos, videos, design feedback, seller responses, service feedback, delivery feedback, and other user-generated content submitted through Wiroko websites, apps, messaging flows, support channels, or related marketplace tools.
It applies to buyers, sellers, service providers, affiliates, influencers, staff users, guests, and anyone else who submits, requests, amplifies, republishes, or moderates marketplace feedback through Wiroko.
Marketplace feedback exists to help users make informed decisions and to help Wiroko maintain trust, safety, and quality standards. Feedback must not be used as a deceptive marketing channel, a coercion tool, or a mechanism for unfair competitive harm.
Wiroko may organize, summarize, sort, feature, or rank reviews and related content using recency, relevance, verification status, language, reported concerns, quality checks, product fit, or other trust and product signals. Those presentation choices do not change the underlying policy requirements in this document.
Reviews, ratings, and testimonials must reflect the honest opinions, beliefs, or experiences of the person submitting them. If you describe facts, they must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and not materially misleading in context.
If someone receives money, discounts, free goods, credits, loyalty benefits, sweepstakes entries, affiliate compensation, or any other benefit connected to a review, rating, testimonial, or endorsement, that relationship may need to be clearly disclosed under applicable law and platform rules.
Wiroko does not permit incentives to be conditioned on a positive review, a specific star rating, or the removal or revision of honest negative feedback.
You keep your ownership rights in the content you submit, but by submitting reviews or related user-generated content through Wiroko, you grant Wiroko the rights described in the Terms of Service to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, market, and support the marketplace.
You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Wiroko is not required to publish every submission immediately or at all. We may review content before or after publication and may use manual review, automated systems, trust signals, order records, abuse reports, or third-party tools to assess authenticity, safety, legality, or policy compliance.
Wiroko may moderate content neutrally for trust and safety reasons, but will not knowingly maintain misleading review practices that materially distort marketplace impressions.
Users may report suspected fake reviews, undisclosed incentives, harassment, impersonation, privacy issues, or other content concerns through Wiroko support or the relevant reporting tools.
Wiroko may request screenshots, order identifiers, communication records, proof of incentive offers, identity details, or other supporting evidence when reviewing a complaint.
Violations of this policy can trigger marketplace enforcement even if the underlying content is posted off-platform but is used to influence Wiroko listings, seller reputation, affiliate promotion, or buyer decision-making.
