Vendor Code of Conduct

1. Business Integrity and Truthful Representation

• Use accurate legal, business, tax, payout, and contact information at all times.
• Do not impersonate another business, create misleading storefronts, or conceal beneficial ownership or control.
• Do not make false claims about stock, delivery speed, product origin, craftsmanship, sustainability, certifications, or customer demand.
• Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, search visibility, traffic, promotions, or campaign performance.

2. Listing Quality and Customer-Facing Accuracy

• Product and service listings must be complete, understandable, and current.
• Photos, videos, dimensions, materials, specifications, service scope, lead times, and pricing must match what the buyer will actually receive.
• Known defects, customization limits, assembly requirements, usage restrictions, and important exclusions must be disclosed clearly before purchase.
• Made-to-order, on-demand, or staged-payment offers must accurately reflect production windows and milestone status.

3. Safety, Legality, and Restricted Goods

• Sell only goods and services that comply with applicable law, category standards, safety rules, and labeling requirements.
• Do not sell counterfeit, unsafe, recalled, stolen, infringing, illegal, or otherwise prohibited goods.
• Do not offer regulated products or services without all required permits, licenses, disclosures, and approvals.
• Cooperate immediately with any recall, safety notice, or urgent takedown request from Wiroko or a regulator.

4. Fulfillment, Delivery, and Service Execution

• Accept only the orders you can fulfill responsibly within the stated timeframe.
• Use secure packaging, accurate documentation, and proper handoff or logistics workflows where available.
• Communicate delays, exceptions, or failed fulfillment risks as soon as they arise.
• Do not mark items as shipped, ready, delivered, installed, or complete before the underlying milestone is genuinely reached.

5. Customer Treatment and Marketplace Communication

• Respond to customer messages, support outreach, refund requests, and dispute notices promptly and professionally.
• Use marketplace communications respectfully and do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or mislead buyers.
• Do not pressure buyers to close complaints improperly or move customer support off-platform to avoid review.
• Do not direct buyers to complete transactions outside Wiroko in order to avoid fees, monitoring, or platform safeguards.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

• Honor the return, refund, replacement, and cancellation standards applicable to your listing, category, market, and law.
• Maintain accurate return-address and after-sales information where required.
• Provide documents, photos, shipment proof, production evidence, or other records needed to resolve a customer claim.
• Comply with final marketplace decisions on refunds, credits, dispute handling, or payout recovery unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

7. Data Protection and Confidentiality

• Use buyer information only for order fulfillment, support, legal compliance, or other authorized marketplace purposes.
• Do not sell, copy, scrape, export, repurpose, or misuse customer data for unrelated marketing or profiling.
• Protect credentials, devices, integrations, and internal workflows against unauthorized access.
• Notify Wiroko immediately if you suspect account compromise, unlawful disclosure, or a data-security incident.

8. Intellectual Property and Brand Respect

• Use only content, designs, logos, manuals, and product assets you have the right to use.
• Do not copy other sellers’ product pages, photography, or marketing materials.
• Respond promptly to authenticity or infringement inquiries from Wiroko.
• Use Wiroko trademarks or brand references only as expressly permitted.

9. Cooperation, Monitoring, and Corrective Action

• Provide requested verification, tax, compliance, payout, and business records in a timely and truthful manner.
• Cooperate with audits, investigations, performance reviews, dispute reviews, and safety or fraud inquiries.
• Implement corrective actions when Wiroko identifies material problems with quality, messaging, fulfillment, or compliance.
• Repeated failures, evasive conduct, or incomplete cooperation may lead to stronger enforcement.

10. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this Code may result in listing removal, restricted category access, warning notices, payout holds, reserve requirements, refund recovery, suspension, termination, referral to payment partners, or legal escalation depending on severity and risk.
